Returns

We want you to love our products but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us on hello@thevisualnarrator.com to arrange a refund or replacement.

 If a refund is required then you must return the goods in their original condition and we will process a refund for you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition.

 We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty. Contact us within 7 working days if your item arrived faulty, we are not responsible for items damaged in transit but will contact the delivery company responsible to enquire of damage. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to The Visual Narrator®. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of The Visual Narrator®. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
