I popped up at Crafty Fox Market's July event at The Crossings, Kings Cross (outside Central St Martins), and caught up with a ton of other AMAZING traders (full list of traders available on the Crafty Fox website). I may have treated myself to some goodies while I was there too 😉
I'm a seasoned pro at setting up a craft stall now, but I do like to try different ways of displaying my products. This time I tried a tabletop hanging rail (depth ways) to showcase my tea towel designs. I also used some of my plywood display stands (I designed these myself!). It's always a fine balance between showing all my products and trying to not overwhelm the table... whether I managed that i'm not sure haha!
Brass + Bold
One of my neighbours was my good friend Elsa, who i've traded alongside MANY times. Her brand, Brass + Bold is all designed by Elsa and made in her studio. Her pieces are also being sold in the Barbican centre at the moment, how cool is that?!

There were so many amazing stallholders (and I can't feature them all), but here's a snapshot of a few of them:
Behind The Oak Tree
These awesome handmade cushions were flying out and I can see why, how cool are they?!

Nelly Bellamy
Nelly's screen printed range of clothing, accessories and homeware were delightful, and her new ceramics range looked great too. I can imagine her decorations will be very popular at Christmas too.

Petite Lune
More is more with this gorgeous range of jewellery by Petite Lune, I really LOVE the caviar ring in particular.

Oh Someday
A range of hand-stamped rings, bracelets and necklaces with sentiments I can totally get on board with, I also really like some of the more vintage style pieces using old seals and charms.

So... what did I treat myself to?
I'm trying my best to not buy TOO much when I go to craft markets, BUT I do really like supporting other small businesses where I can, so even if I don't purchase, I make sure to post about as many as possible on my social channels! The book I actually bought possibly with the intention to trim and frame pages...shhhh. The ring by Thimble Rose was found in the Canopy Market which was just outside the Crafty Fox Market.
Here's what I got:
Brass + Bold - Ninkari two wavy disc hoops & Abacus meets atoll necklace
Design For Today - Along the pier book
Brass + Bold - Gardena Glass Cylinder Hematite Earrings
Thimble Rose - Green onyx & white topaz ring
I'll be back to Kings Cross again in December for the Christmas markets!
